
Method:
Gently melt butter and honey together.
Take off heat and add bicarbonate of soda.
In a bowl, put flour, oats and sugar.
Add and stir in the liquid mixture and allow to cool slightly.
Place 6 equal knobs of the mixture onto a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake on middle shelf for 15 minutes in preheated moderate oven (350°F/180°C).
Leave to cool until cold.

2oz. White Granulated Sugar
½ Teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
